Key Biscayne Condominium Presidents Council
About Us
The Key Biscayne Condominium Presidents Council is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization comprised of the presidents of condominium associations on Key Biscayne with some 5,000 condo owners. The KBCPC works to enhance the quality of life of condo residents, improve property values, and promote best practices in property management, all of which benefits Key Biscayne as a community.
The Council advocates for the collective interests of multi-family properties but always within the context that we are one Village community. Some of our successes, such as lower building permit fees, beach cleanup improvements, and our work on stormwater system cost allocation and garden irrigation limitations, favorably impacts both single and multi-family homes.
