Goals and Objectives

• Sharing knowledge and experiences, among condo Presidents

• Facilitating quarterly meetings between property managers to promote cooperation and best practices

• Assess the viability of a centralized parking/staging area for contractors and vendors to reduce traffic congestion

• Incorporating the maintenance of multi-family property catch basins and wells into the village’s current service contract

• Working with the Village to alleviate traffic congestion
